Final Sale Items:
- All items purchased on SALE, or using ANY DISCOUNT CODE, are FINAL SALE.
- All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
Return Window:
- Refund: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Store Credit: Items returned between 8-14 days of purchase will receive store credit.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging (with tags and labels attached).
- No more than 8 items can be returned per order.
Exclusions:
- Returns are not accepted from outside the contiguous United States.
- Damaged or used items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Customers must request return authorization within the applicable return window (7 days for refunds, 14 days for store credit).
- Once authorized, items must be shipped back to our warehouse promptly.
- We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to allow enough time for returns if needed.

- For discrepancies (e.g., wrong size, color, style, or damaged items), contact us at orders@bonjoybaby.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Fees:
- If you keep less than $50 worth of merchandise (the free shipping minimum), the original shipping fee will be charged.
